The Revert Umrah - Terms and Conditions
About Us
The Revert Umrah (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a sponsorship-based Umrah programme providing guided Umrah experiences and educational support for new Muslims. We are not a charity.
Our website is operated for informational and programme-related purposes only.
Booking confirmation
A place on the programme is only confirmed once:
-
The participant has received written confirmation from The Revert Umrah, and
-
All required information and documentation have been submitted by the stated deadlines.
Commitment & Responsibility
Due to the limited number of places and the high costs involved, participants are expected to treat their booking with the same seriousness as a paid Umrah package. Accepting a place constitutes a commitment to attend.
Cancellation by Participant
If a participant needs to cancel, they must notify The Revert Umrah as soon as possible in writing.
-
Early cancellations may allow the place to be offered to another revert.
-
Late cancellations (including non-attendance, withdrawal close to departure, or failure to obtain required travel documents on time) may result in unrecoverable costs.
Financial Liability for Late Cancellation
Where a cancellation occurs after costs have been incurred and cannot be recovered, The Revert Umrah reserves the right to request partial or full reimbursement of losses caused by the cancellation.
This may include, but is not limited to:
-
Flights
-
Accommodation
-
Visa processing
-
Transport and service bookings
Each case will be assessed fairly and individually.
Programme Information
All information relating to Umrah programmes, schedules, eligibility, and availability is provided for general guidance only and may be subject to change due to logistical, regulatory, or operational requirements.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to Islamic values, local customs, and laws throughout the journey.
The Revert Umrah reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour that may adversely affect the experience of other participants or the overall trip.
Health & Medical Conditions:
Participants should ensure they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before embarking on any travel.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or specific dietary requirements must inform The Revert Umrah at the time of booking to make necessary arrangements, if feasible.
Extra Activities:
Aside from breakfast, any extra payable activities or meals are not the responsibility of The Revert Umrah and will incur an extra cost upon the participant should you wish to partake.
Limitation of Liability
The Revert Umrah and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, including but not limited to personal belongings, health issues, transportation delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure:
The Revert Umrah shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political instability, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to carry out the tour.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
